Brothers. During the first year, contact Strand Brothers if you are dissatisfied
with the performance of the equipment, our service or our people. We will either
correct the problem to your satisfaction or we will remove the equipment that we
installed within thirty (30) days of your request and refund your cost.
EXCLUSIVE "NO LEMON" GUARANTEE. We recognize that not every piece of heating and
cooling equipment is 100% perfect, 100% of the time. Since our customers should
expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value they've invested in,
Strand Brothers offers an industry exclusive—the "No Lemon" guarantee on our
"Risk Free" systems. Simply stated, should the compressor in your air
conditioner's condenser fail during the first year of ownership, or should the
heat exchanger in your furnace crack during the first ten years of ownership, we
will remove the "lemon" condenser or furnace and install a completely new one.

long-term satisfaction.
NO "OVERTIME" SERVICE CHARGES. Strand Brothers' commitment to our customers
remains long after the installation date. As the largest residential heating and

customers a Lifetime of No Overtime Service Charges! This means that every day,
365 days a year, we will be ready to provide service to you and you'll never pay
after hour or weekend rates. Over the life of your system, this benefit can add
up to hundreds of dollars in future savings.
INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE. Our installation and weatherization
technicians are highly skilled and take pride in their workmanship. They'll care
for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They clean up when
they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They
will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when
they have finished in your home, they have not performed according to these high
standards, we'll refund to you what you deem to be fair (up to 10% of the
purchase price).
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE. Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and
pricing it for less. So, it's important to know what is and is not included in
any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. Strand Brother's Price
Guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation
for less…or we'll pay you a $50 bonus. All we ask is that the comparison is
"apples to apples."
TEMPERATURE SELECTION GUARANTEE. We guarantee that when the equipment we have
installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's
operating and maintenance manuals, your system will maintain the cooling
temperature we have both agreed upon. Strand Brothers promises that when the
outdoor temperature is 100° and your desired temperature selection as stated on
your proposal has been entered for at least 24 hours, a temperature variance of
no more than plus or minus one degree will be achieved at your electronic
digital thermostat. If the desired temperature is not achieved, we will make any
upgrades, modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperatureat
no charge to you, for a period of one year.

1.After you receive all estimates, give Strand Brothers a call and we will come
to your home for a second look. If we cannot beat the lowest available "apples
to apples" price by at least $50, we will give you $50 for giving us the
opportunity to earn your business.
2.Within 14 days of our second look, have the comparable competitor's system
installed.
3.Within 30 days of our second look, mail Strand Brothers a copy of the
competitor's invoice with the equipment guarantees and warranties provided.
4.We will mail you a check for $50.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1.Owner agrees to maintain and operate equipment according to manufacturer's
operating and maintenance manuals.
2.All warranties and guarantees are null and void if anyone other than a Strand
Brothers employee performs service or maintenance on your system.
3.Misuse, alteration, accident, abuse, animal damage, natural disasters (i.e.
fire, flood, lightning, etc.) are not covered by any Strand Brothers'
warranty/guarantee.
4.These guarantees are only applicable if the entire heating and cooling
system's equipment has been replaced.
