The General Manager manages the P&L, motivates sales, and provides leadership to all personnel and processes for the center. Service Technician The Service Technician completes diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts with residential and/or commercial customers to provide answers to any and all questions, resolve problems, and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The person in the role also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the guidance of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician conducts heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The person in the role also performs installation and service on indoor air quality equipment and products, as well, and has the qualifications to follow controls and wiring graphics and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist fields customer questions, grievances, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer concerns with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for assisting in day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, abiding by Service Experts radio and pager processes, dispatches customer information to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The person filling the position also communicates with the customer to verify the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, answer questions, and to help resolve concerns. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians using established company processes.
